Vetted broker mandates across ultra-prime, premium, off-plan and commercial land — every asking price benchmarked against our Plot Price Index, with a private, verified off-market tier.
What this is
We don't list everything. We vet a small set of broker mandates, publish the market data behind them, and route serious buyers to a private tier.
A quarterly Plot Price Index built from Dubai Land Department records and verified completions — so every asking price has a reference, not a guess.
Guides written and reviewed by UAE property specialists — freehold zones, the Golden Visa, build permits, escrow and inheritance.
A verified-buyer tier for discreet, off-market mandates that never appear in public search results.
The Collection
Each listing is a verified broker mandate with a DLD reference and a price benchmarked against our index — no portal noise.
Four Markets
Private mandates across ultra-prime, developer and hospitality categories — the discretion serious sellers require. Access is verified, human-reviewed and confidential.
The Moat
A quarterly benchmark of median land value (AED per sq ft) built from Dubai Land Department transactions and verified completions. Every asking price on this site references it.

The index gave me a reference point I'd never had before. I negotiated a Palm plot 9% below ask because the data was on my side.
The off-market tier is the real thing. They introduced me to a developer land bank that was never going to hit the portals.
Every mandate came with the DLD reference and NOC status upfront. No chasing, no surprises. That's worth the fee alone.

Questions
