PlotForSale.ae is a research and lead-generation platform. We publish market data and curate vetted broker mandates, then introduce qualified buyers to broker partners. We are not a real-estate broker, agent or party to any sale, and we do not hold client funds.

Nothing on this site constitutes investment, tax, legal or financial advice. The Plot Price Index, guides and reports are provided for information only. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any acquisition decision.
3. Accuracy of information
Listing details, prices, plot dimensions and availability are provided by third parties and believed accurate at the time of publication, but are indicative and subject to change without notice. Always verify particulars independently and through the Dubai Land Department before transacting.
4. Off-market access
Access to the verified-buyer tier is at our sole discretion and may require proof of funds. We may decline or revoke access. Off-market information is confidential and may be subject to a non-disclosure agreement.

The Plot Price Index, written content, branding and design are the intellectual property of PlotForSale.ae and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
