PlotForSale.ae exists because the Dubai plot market had data everywhere and intelligence nowhere. We built the benchmark first, then the marketplace around it.
Why we exist
Most land portals are advertising boards — every plot a "best deal", no reference price, no accountability. We took the opposite view: publish the data, vet every mandate, and earn trust by being the source buyers cite, not the loudest voice in the room.
That posture — Knight-Frank rigour with a curator's restraint — is the whole company. The Plot Price Index is our product; the marketplace is how we put it to work.
