PlotForSale.ae ("we", "us", "our") is a research-led marketplace for Dubai land operating from the DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We act as a lead-generation and referral service connecting buyers with vetted broker mandates — we are not a party to any property transaction.

2. The data we collect

  • Contact details — name, email, phone number, country of residence.
  • Enquiry details — the plots, categories and budgets you express interest in.
  • Verification data — for off-market access, buyer profile and, where required, proof of funds.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, via cookies and analytics.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare tailored plot selections, verify eligibility for the off-market tier, introduce you to relevant broker partners, and — where you have consented — send you market updates and the quarterly Plot Price Index.

4. Sharing your data

We share enquiry details only with the specific broker partner relevant to your interest, and with our CRM and email providers acting as data processors under contract. We never sell your personal data. Where a seller requires it, an NDA governs the introduction.
